Policy Advice
I have more than 15 years of experience in scientific policy advice at the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research (PIK), the Mercator Research Institute on Global Commons and Climate Change (MCC), the Öko-Institut, and the Ecologic Institute.
I have advised the European Commission, the World Bank, numerous non-governmental organizations, and various ministries and federal agencies, among others. I have also contributed as an author to two reports of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC).
My consulting work focuses primarily on the following areas:
