Research

My research focuses on the design of climate change policies, their implications for social justice, and political feasibility.

I have published close to 100 articles in peer-reviewed academic journals and several books on (see my Google Scholar profile):

  • Distributional impacts of climate action and social justice.

  • Political economy of energy and climate policies

  • The relationship of climate action to capitalism, economic growth, and globalization

  • Governance and policy instruments

  • Trends, drivers and future projections of greenhouse gas emissions

I am happy to participate in ongoing projects as well as project proposals in these areas.
